SPLIT Digital Studio — Instagram messaging assistant

Who we are

SPLIT Digital Studio ("we") operates an automated assistant that replies to messages received in the Instagram Direct inbox of our business account @tatti__o. This policy explains what data the assistant processes and why. Contact: info@splitstud.io.

What data we process

• Message content you send to our Instagram account.
• Your Instagram-scoped user ID (IGSID) — a per-app identifier provided by Meta. We do not receive your password or email from Meta.
• Contact details you choose to share in the conversation: name, phone number, email or messenger handle.
• Enquiry details you provide: the service you are interested in, budget, timing, notes.
• Referral data when you reach us by tapping an advertisement: the ad identifier and ad title supplied by Meta.

Why we process it

• To answer your questions about our services, prices and terms.
• To arrange a free consultation and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
• To pass your enquiry to a human colleague when the assistant cannot help.
• To understand which advertisement brought your enquiry, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and your consent, which you give by starting a conversation with us.

Automated replies

Replies are generated automatically. To produce them, the text of the conversation is sent to OpenAI, which acts as our processor and does not use this data to train its models under its API terms. No automated decision is taken that has a legal effect on you: the assistant only answers questions and, where needed, hands the conversation to a person.

You can ask for a human at any time — just write it in the chat, and the assistant will stop replying and pass the conversation to our team.

Who else sees the data

• Meta Platforms — delivers messages between you and us.
• OpenAI — generates the reply text.
• Our hosting provider — stores conversation history on our behalf.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising by third parties.

How long we keep it

Conversation history is kept for up to 12 months so we can continue a dialogue you resume later. Enquiry details (name, contact, request) are kept for up to 24 months for the purpose of client communication. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it. Write to info@splitstud.io from the address you gave us, or send a message from the same Instagram account, and we will respond within 30 days.

Data deletion

To have all data associated with your Instagram account deleted, send a message with the word DELETE to info@splitstud.io, stating your Instagram username. We will delete the conversation history and any stored enquiry details and confirm by reply.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Автоматичні відповіді

Відповіді формуються автоматично. Для цього текст розмови передається в OpenAI, який діє як наш обробник даних і, за умовами свого API, не використовує ці дані для навчання моделей. Жодних рішень із юридичними наслідками для вас асистент не ухвалює.

Ви можете будь-коли попросити людину — просто напишіть про це в чаті, і асистент припинить відповідати, передавши розмову нашій команді.

Скільки зберігаємо

Історію переписки — до 12 місяців, щоб можна було продовжити діалог пізніше. Деталі запиту (ім'я, контакт, потреба) — до 24 місяців для комунікації з клієнтом. Далі дані видаляються.

Ваші права

Ви можете попросити доступ до своїх даних, їх виправлення чи видалення, або припинення обробки. Напишіть на info@splitstud.io або з того самого акаунта Instagram — відповімо протягом 30 днів.

Видалення даних

Щоб видалити всі дані, пов'язані з вашим акаунтом, надішліть лист зі словом DELETE на info@splitstud.io, вказавши свій нік в Instagram. Ми видалимо історію переписки й збережені деталі запиту та підтвердимо це у відповідь.
